Training and development this is basically to tell you a bit about the process of getting a rank in NC Maphia we always give our members a bit of training before they go into a rank it's never easy but it's just to develop your skills a little more within NC Maphia we tend to get low ranked members ranked up a bit by doing lots of acitvites in game there for it develops their in game skills and gets them a little more in game cash but your training also consists of doing a few things on facebook to it isn't as simple as just shooting and driving around on GTA so be ready for a lot of work it's gonna be a bumpy ride.
